20 years in the industry; Amrita has created exceptional events & weddings, working with globally renowned corporations and gaining multiple industry awards; Amrita Khurana is the true definition of a seasoned wedding planner. She is regularly called upon for media comment and has been featured in numerous wedding and event publications, blogs and media. She also represents her industry (Pune Chapter) at a global forum via Della Leaders Club.

Her approach is unique; not only does she love creating unforgettable events, but she is committed to taking the most out-of-the-box ideas and turning them into a reality. Amrita and her talented team are available to create your dream wedding anywhere, whether locally, across the country, or around the world.

Amrita prides herself on working closely with couples & brand owners, understanding what is important to them and designing weddings and events that are truly unique and personal. Her creative flare and her team’s logistical precision harmonize perfectly to create a stunning wedding and events for their clients, that not only looks fantastic but also operates seamlessly.

 From simple beginnings, Amrita has grown her endeavor into a thriving business now employing 12 permanent staff, 4 permanent chefs and approximately 150 casual staff with extensive list of third-party vendors.

EVENT MANAGEMENT:

A truly great event requires vision, collaboration, and a willingness to stretch beyond one’s comfort level to deliver dynamic, fresh solutions—on time and on budget. And that’s what we bring to the table, the stage and the screen.

We manage small meetings, extravagant productions that pull out all the stops, and everything in between. Regardless of the size, we treat every project like it’s a big deal—because to our client it is. Again, it’s not about how big the budget is, but how big the idea is.

EVENT PRODUCTION:

Event Production is not EXACTLY the same as Event Management but, realistically, a lot of the time, the two do overlap with us being involved in multiple areas to ensure an event is a success. The more we work with a client, the more this line becomes blurred and we become the first name on the team sheet for their events. Event Production tends to refer to the technical side of things like staging, lighting, sound equipment etc.Our event production team handle equipment supply department that includes everything you need to make your event truly spectacular, from stage fabrication inventory, AV equipment to tables and chairs to crockery & cutlery.

EVENT DESIGN:

Good event design stimulates and inspires. It gives form to the reasons for celebrating. Whether your occasion is annual or once-in-a-lifetime, extravagant or simple, we can help bring your vision to life through our Event Design Services.

We work closely with each client to custom design colour and texture palettes, décor and florals, furniture, and space/flow layouts for a spectacular vision. Working within fire, venue, and safety codes, we visually communicate these design ideas through idea boards, renderings and mock display setups.

All our designers are professional set designers with embraced reputation in the industry.

She is our “big-picture professional” who maintains a cohesive look and feel of a project, supervises the entire creative process, and guides the team to put in the exact look & feel of the event.

Shivaji is hard core audio enthusiasts, who has dedicated his heart and soul towards attaining a deep insight of the field of professional audio & acoustics. A Reputed name in the AV industry; with almost 3 decades of experience; Shivaji makes sure that everything related to the event A/V equipment, and the work schedule for the A/V assistant(s) and other staff is seamless. He develops a sustainable long-term plan for all inhouse A/V equipment, in order to maintain the highest quality standards of the auditorium performances.

AVNEET SAWHNEY

PRODUCTION HEAD

Instrumental in guiding multidisciplinary teams to supervising the rest of the team to make sure no balls are dropped; Avneet brings to table his extensive 20 years of experience in events industry. We call him ‘The Strategist’ who makes sure that every event we plan is on schedule, within budget & aligns with our client’s higher goal from concept to completion.

DESIGN CONSULTANT

It takes months of planning, sourcing and design expertise to create them; Prachiti our Design Style Consultant works as a creative director of your story and helps us navigate through the aesthetics of each event. Prachiti determines the creative vision of the brand or project and manifests the vision through digital, print and other visual installations.
